In 2021-2022, OhioMeansJobs collaborated with members from the Workforce Development Alliance and contracted with the professional consulting firm to perform a Workforce Needs Assessment study. This project focused solely on the workforce shortage in Knox County. The final report was delivered to the community in May of 2022 and identified 5 areas that need improvement to strengthen to workforce pool locally.

As a result of that study,  workforce committees have been formed to work on the challenges identified.  You can view the full report HERE.
