Are you ready to get started?

1. Register

Register your company with us (forms below) as a potential OJT employer BEFORE the new employee begins working. (New registration required each year)

2. Hire

Choose your candidate and contact our office as soon as possible to provide the new hire contact information. Our staff will reach out to the new hire and will notify you if your new hire is eligible.

3. Enroll New Hire

After your new hire is determined eligible, we will work with you to create a training plan and begin the enrollment process. We will need signatures from you and the new employee, then you are all set.

4. Train and Get Paid

Begin training your new hire and submit your monthly invoices to OhioMeansJobs Knox County for reimbursement of the alloted training funds.
