Juvenile Cases

In addition to prosecuting felony cases, the county prosecutors in Ohio have the responsibility of handling all juvenile prosecutions. A county prosecutor has the responsibility to prosecute all cases involving child neglect, dependency, and abuse along with juvenile felony, misdemeanor, and traffic violations.
