The Knox Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors holds a monthly meeting to discuss District agenda items and oversee the overall operations of the District. Meeting dates and times will be posted in accordance with the state’s Sunshine Law per the Ohio Revised Code. All KSWCD Board Meetings are open to the public and the KSWCD Board welcomes citizen participation.
*All KSWCD Board of Supervisor Monthly Meetings will be held in the Conference Room at 160 Columbus Rd. Mount Vernon, OH 43050 unless otherwise posted.
The Knox SWCD Board of Supervisors regular meetings will be the third Wednesday of each month at the SWCD Service Center, 160 Columbus Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio. November – March meetings begin at 1:00 p.m.. April – October meetings begin at 8:00 p.m.. Meeting time and date may be subject to change. Anyone interested in advance notification of changes in regular meeting dates or times must contact the KSWCD office at 393-6724 to be placed on the notification list. All special meetings/date and time changes will be posted in the public hall at 160 Columbus Road.
A fundraising silent auction also takes place during the Annual Meeting. The revenue made from the silent auction goes towards funding the District’s annual scholarships.
